So could all of us. But Wing and Britt are generally poor all of the time. I was expecting a decent game from Wing today but it never happened. I can’t be having people telling me he played well because he took a decent corner
 
Wing is not a Championship player, the lads done fantastically well to move from non League but he is unable to perform at the level required in the championship,, I admire anyone who improves himself, so full credit to the lad but he isn't a championship player unfortunately.
Britt on the other hand is a complete waste of space, he's paid a small fortune every week and his attitude is all wrong, get rid if we can but not sure if that will happen this transfer window, then more drain on the finances.

Sorry block21 but don't see it. Couple of decent balls but not much else. Almost let them in at one point. Maybe he only looked ok because the rest were so poor. Thought Watmore looked lovely when he first came on but soon disappeared.

All about opinions though.👍

He's not brilliant, only filling in at the moment as part of the squad. I didn't expect anything from him or Akpom but expected more from Tav, Johnson, Saville, Morsy and Fry.
 
I'm generally not one to point blame at players, but Britt gives us nothing in most games and as a striker is so wasteful it's untrue. How many has he wasted that were harder to miss than score. I am shoite and always have been in front of goal, but some of those even I would have scored.

Assombalonga meanwhile has been devasstating for the club. The amount of money that's gone in to having him play for us, and for such little return. For that sort of money we should have a player that can come on in a rubbish team performance and nick us a point.

I don't think they're comparable. Ones a gamble that has basically already paid for himself tbh, the other is a financial black hole that's held the club back for 3 years.

Hardly a fashion.
Unlike a lot on here I've watched him play numerous times in non league football. Was pleased as punch when he was offered a contract, I don't know if Boro were looking for their own version of Vardy, but there were and still are far far better players still playing non league football than Lewis Wing.
 
Wing just isn't good enough. Never was and never will be.

The problem on here is that a number of people decided to sponsor him and now think he's David Beckham.
