At least, the disasters are happening with such alarming frequency we can get daily precis' of them all instead of having to list them out one by one

I wonder when the brexit army will be able to admit they were conned?

I wonder what it will take?

You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into. (©️ J Swift)

"A French court has blocked a law which would have allowed British expats to stay in France for longer than 90 days without a visa, per LBC reports."

Bloody ennemi du peuple judges no doubt assisted by damned gauchey lawyers.

Nothing. It won’t take anything to make them admit. They won’t admit it until the day they die.
My brother in law voted for Brexit. Bright academically as an electrical engineer 🤷‍♂️ and said to me the other week, it’ll take a generation for the benefits to come through.
I said, you’ll be gone by then.
He said it was worth it. 🙈

I just can't....

It's insane isn't it? People make a decision they know for a fact to be wrong and they defend it to the death. I honestly don't get it man. When did we get so dumb?

Was he referring to the benefit being for future generation rather than being selfish me me me?

Banking this 😜
TBF, that's as intelligent a responses as you can get from a cult of brexit member. They have nothing but desperate memes

I guess that's the only real brexit benefit. It's identified the selfish, the bigots, the unthinking greedy. Shame we can't make them only spend 90 days in the country!

I think the reason we went in to the Common Market was because by the 1970s we were sat on our hands trading with the rest of the world, and then realised where the music was actually coming from and so followed it.
Like most clubs they tend to have a committee and things are put forward, We never truly got involved enough to shape or form it, we just stood aloof as the English do, because we are English and that's enough of a reason for the last night at the proms watching English romantics to get on their soap box.
Brexit was one last hurrah from the White English nut jobs imho.

We are supposed to have some of the great academic establishments in the world, but they seem to produce enough political lying dimwits to fill a12 yard skip.

I think 'catastrophic' is a bit melodramatic.

- Worries about a flower shortage on Valentines Day.
- Expats needing a visa after 90 days.
- Long queues for holidaymakers.

Canadian tariffs on cheese and cars aren't great, but I'm not sure how big that market is or the overall impact on our economy.

There are also a lot of 'could bes' in the article.

So no, there is nothing in that particular article which would convince steadfast brexit voters that they were wrong.

8 years and the same shyte keeps on being regurgitated,
we know we will never ever be able to trade with any other country in the world, and there will be a shortage of flowers on Valentine’s Day, and those queues at Calais and Folkestone!!! Horrific. How will we survive?

there MIGHT be a shortage of flowers on Valentine’s Day, and THERE COULD BE queues at Calais and Folkestone!!! Horrific. How will we survive?

Corrected it for you.;)

I think, even if brexit burnt their houses down it would be tricky to convince a brexiteer how wrong they are. As you can see by the brexit armies replies on this thread, they either lack the mental capacity or the empathy for others to even acknowledge the problems they have caused to people and businesses.

Their entire response is based on denial. Wanting to not even talk about the issues or waving them off. These who refuse to talk about them at least KNOW how bad brexit is, even if they lack the decency to admit it.

Those who laugh off the shortages and the delays are worse. The still want to believe in the cult of brexit and they simply don't care about the problems it's causing people

They've taken a stroll down Tufton St., got to the end minus their trousers, and now claim the enhanced airflow is beneficial.
