Bowler is the most exciting player I've seen in the Championship for a while, it's not just his ability to beat a man that impresses but his eye for a pass, his work rate and energy are incredible.

I think he could play in front of Jones or Giles, as well as at 10 in a more fluid role, I think there's a tendency to look at where he plays over what he can actually do and at his age and price there's very little downside to him as a signing, he'd have been my number 1 target in the summer and I'm amazed he's not been snapped up already.

We never play with anyone in front of the wingbacks. And I think we are only messing around with a 10 now as we dont have any strikers.

Been calling for him for a long time. But like I said - probably hasn’t crossed our recruitment teams mind. Probably busy scouting Ross McCormack or something.

If he was our player and had been available last night where would he have fitted in apart from maybe McNair replacing Dijiksteel and Bowler slotting in to Paddies role. I'm not sure where they want to spend our remaining money but he seems a bargain at £3m

Yep, absolute bargain at 3m surely. The Poulton-le-Fylde Grealish :)

He would have replaced Mcgree as a like for like , keeping the momentum with us.
Crooks did not have the same energy ,but, he ( Crooks )could play as a 9, 6ft 4in , same as Larsen, and proven.

Again not apologising for repeating it.

Desperately needed a plan b today and josh bowler is available. We are spending 2-3 mill on projects and this guy will make a real difference for about the same money

Why? The guys quality. Love him here. My mate watched the Burnley v Blackpool game last week and said Bowler stood out like a beacon.
Exactly that reason! I don’t want to be playing against him in a couple of weeks. Obviously signing him would be the preference haha but I mean if if he is to leave I would rather him go to a Prem team than a divisional rival
