Are tickets limited to one per account? Me and my dad attend games together and have been saving up 33 points, but we're unable to get 2 tickets together for the Chelsea game. Was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue?

You should be able to assign a seat to your dad if he also has 33 points,
Have you definitely been assigning your previous match tickets to your Dad? Has he accrued the points as well as you.

This seems to be a regular problem where people don't assign tickets to people they are buying them for and therefore only the account holder accrues the points.

We only have one account and assign each other tickets under the family/friends option which might be the problem tbf. Usually this isn't an issue but it says on the ticket information:

In the priority windows, supporters will be able to purchase ONE TICKET per Season Card/account with necessary points.
