Then again I don't know a lot about Payero, certainly nothing of the other two apart from what I've read on Payero in the press, glad it sounds about done and he sounds an interesting player. I did not expect us to be looking over that way at all in this window or signing anyone other than perhaps PL loans and Championship/lower league free agents. I've watched the odd Youtube comp of Payero and he looks a good player. I hope he will be just what we need. The Championship is such a tough league, I have to trust the clubs' judgement on this one that he will cut it and help us deliver and improve on last season's finish (y)

This deal and others apparently lined up certainly make me feel a lot more optimistic about the squad we'll go into the season with, no doubts about that .. bringing in such players to play alongside likes of Tav, Dijksteel, Fry, Watmore. I didn't expect we would be doing much at all so very pleased so far.

Let's hope it all works out. If 'works out' means promotion then I better get a date with the tattooist booked .. :ROFLMAO: UTB
