Love the way there's no explanation for it whatsoever.

I mean perfectly reasonable to play a "home" friendly in a ground 100 miles away, why would you need to explain that? 😂

Have we just sacked all our Comms people or something?

Random choice, but if it was a ground I hadn't been to before, I'd have probably went. Went to Chesterfield when we played them in the League Cup. Just checked and it was 13 years ago!
 
Very odd, not that it bothers me, just funny there's no explanation.

Edit: Above may well be the reason.
 
Nothing in there on ticket arrangements. I wouldn’t mind going tbf.

Edit. Just gone on MFC website and it directs you to Chesterfield ticketing site, all very bizarre. I guess I have to set up a Chesterfield account, which might be useful if we draw them in the Cup and they restrict the away allocations!
 
Not much difference to us this week. Our Training complex is in Amendoeira somewhere but we don't want to travel up to north east of Porto to V.Guimaraes home ground so they are coming down to play us in the Algarve but it's near our training at a place called The Campus, Quinta do Lago and a very nice place it looks too.
