Coming soon in New Year. We have set up a chance to raise your questions regarding Boro kits, childrens sizes and xmas stock issues.
Look out for details next week. A chance to join a discussion with the retail.team.

Been in about 15 mins ago, staff brilliant 👍

Had to get an XXXL for a hoody....and that doesn't represent the additional Xmas timber. Few people in returning Xmas prezzies as they were too small

Weird sizing, not consistent.

Can you ask them why they run out of kids kits within a week and then don't have any available for the rest of the year?
And why they don't learn from previous years?

Can you ask them why part way through a season a pair of junior socks arnt available? (Replacment for holed socks)

My experience is that people want to spend money, mfc make it difficult 🤦‍♂️

How come my receipt from Christmas Eve wants me to go back in time to do a return? And how do they tell the difference between a Christmas present and a personal purchase?

The sizing of footy tops is brutal these days. They're cut for players, not fans.

I admit I'm not a small person. My usual T-shirt size is XL, and over the years I've come to understand that that means XXL for footy shirts as they often cling. But in recent years I've never come remotely close to fitting into those sizes of Boro shirts and would have to buy something way bigger. XXL barely goes over my head. Bring back Adidas!

My granddaughter was cold outside before the west brom game went to buy a jumper or scarf there's nothing no scarves or jumpers shop was full of people all willing to spend before Christmas but there's no stock
There were loads of scarves in the week before Xmas - and jumpers - I reported back on this on this message board. So they must have sold out in Xmas week. Which happens. But a week before Xmas there were at least 3 types of Boro scarf and hat available to buy. And gloves also.

Boxing Day.. no hoodies. Ah well, always the same. Shyte gear in there.. at least they had the replica shirts in there 4 or 5 sizes too small. They’ve lost loads of business of me over the years and I imagine it’s the same with most fans tbh.

1. Why can’t we buy stuff?
2. Why can’t we order stuff?
3. Why can’t the sizing be right?
4. What are the thoughts on selling replica shirts with gambling sponsors on to U18s or that are intended for U18s
