Boro memorabilia

I had a plate years ago it was lovely,
only 250 limited edition bought from the old club shop.
Unfortunately my ex wife smashed it in a argument,if anyone has one and would like to sell, i would be interested.

At the last Boro pop-up memorabilia event at Base Camp - Erimus had some superb stuff I`de forgotten all about - from shirts an bags to blankets, badges and god knows what.
It would be really exciting if that pop-up could happen again. Erimus hardly had 10% of the stuff he has actually on display. (y)

Really wazzed off when Base amp closed.
Im sure like the phoenix, rising from the ashes - they`l be another one rising soon.

I used to have a Boro mug I loved and some daft cow at work who fancied me hid it (basically just cos I rejected her advances), she admitted it years later but it was gone forever.

Is this the start of a movement maybe? Everyone, feel free to share your stories about evil women who've destroyed/lost your Boro memorabilia.

I have an absolutely pristine Evening Gazette home shirt. I also have a huge amount of pin badges. The biggest regret is, actually, ACTUALLY this ties in with the theme; I loaned my Boro bobble hat to a lady I was escorting home in the depths of winter. I was going out with her so it was nothing weird. But I never got that hat back and she must’ve thrown it away or given it to charity. I’ve looked for them on eBay for years but never ever seen one.

Me Dad had it in the garage for years in a bin bag, but I've got it now and trying to find a way to display it.

The early ones are labelled and stored chronologically and recent years are stored digitally and chronologically. Most of the rest are on cassettes in a number of bin bags in my garage. I did convert a few to digital during lockdown and I was surprised to find that cassettes from the mid 1980s were still fine (except Mansfield Town away from 1986/7, which is now a tangled mess).

At a local hospital radio station: floppy discs were just being replaced by CD`s. Program`s were recorded [some on cassettes] or burned to CD. Somewhere I`ve got a stack of CD`s with individual programs and clips. These days its all digitised and compressed. It was a bit more clunky and physical back in the day.....but it was fun (y)
