Any memorable Boro match and………… combos ?
One of my stand-outs would be Wednesday August 19th 1992 (had to google the exact date); beat Man City 2-0 and on the way out of the Holgate overheard someone saying that that Kirsty McColl was on at the Arena (the scuddy club on Newport Road). Legged it over there and got in on the door.
So lucky to have had that that fortuitous chance to see Kirsty McColl live, and at such a small, up close (albeit s***y) venue. I read many years later that she gave up performing live because it terrified her so much. Tragic that she died so young.
