they'll have incurred fixed costs naturally but you didn't say anything about hidden costs which is why I didn't mention them; just pointing out that's a refund doesn't really cost anything other then the original processing fees.

I'd the club didn't refund anything people would moan, if they donated it to charity people would moan. As it's they've made a token gesture which, in the scheme of things, is greater than the loss of service. They can't really win here unless they give everyone £100

I’m happy the club have highlighted it wasn’t working and made some gesture to appease fans they felt it impacted on. I wasn’t bothered about the refund but was bothered that they had taken money for a game I will not be able to listen to. That is now sorted and says so in the email I copied above. I mentioned the £1 because it made me smile when I saw it.

I am, and I’m sure others that had money for the WBA game deducted from their accounts are happy with the outcome.

Time to move on.

How am I being pedantic? You made a post about the amount of refund to which 2 posters made jokes about the amount. I asked the cost of the service, you told me, I pointed out the percentage vs the service loss.

You the suggested I wasn't mentioning fixed costs?

I've not mentioned once the WBA game because people aren't replying to your thread about WBA game, but they were replying about the £1.
