However SBC do their utmost to skin the residents of Yarm , Eaglescliffe and IB of an extraordinary amount of council tax to look after the rest of the borough .

This is so true. We've currently been considering moving house to a different area and couldn't believe the difference. Redcar and Cleveland was over a £100 a month cheaper in council tax for a bigger house!
