Anyone understand why Bola is the one who plays left wing when he gets subbed on and Giles stays as the LB, surely the other way round make miles more sense?

Because it’s hard to change the defence. You don’t really change defenders unless they are injured. It worked fine anyways. Giles got the assist from picking the ball up

My thoughts when he came on as well. It worked out OK though.

Because Giles is at his best overlapping, and defenders are already switched on to what their opponent is doing

I really rate him though, it's just a shame for him that the fantastic Giles is keeping him out.
