block 42 and block 43 chelsea tickets big error

When you click on Block 42 to buy tickets it shows Block 44 which is Chelsea end
Still lets you buy your own ticket but when you come to print out tickets although seats and rows are correct it shows on ticket EAST LOWER VISITORS and wrong Turnstile T53-T57 instead of T44-T52 and wrong Block number 44 instead of 42
Same in upper tier Block 43 showing as Block 45
Obviously will be a trip to the ticket office tomorrow to sort it out.
Anyone else in these blocks may need to check there tickets
 
Yeah my season ticket holder mates have bought a couple of tickets for me which are exactly the same. Hopefully the club will correct it all in one go for everyone once they realise they’ve dropped a clanger
 
Being trying to contact them but impossible to get through.
Drove to ground this morning queue 70 yards.
They may find they have 2 whole blocks of Boro fans who have tickets for tthe Chelsea turnstiles .
Have emailed and left messages but no response
 
My mate who arranged my tickets has just had a further email with the correct details on so check your inbox as you may not have to contact the club.
 
Supporters who booked in East Lower Block 42 (turnstiles 44 – 52) and East Upper Block 43 (turnstiles 44 – 52) will have instead received information indicating a booking in the visitors sections, Block 44 (turnstiles 53 – 57) and Block 45 (turnstiles 53 – 57).

The other information provided, including row and seat details, is correct, but please discount the incorrect stand, block and turnstile information.

If you chose to activate your Season Card for this match, the correct entry details have been loaded to your card.

If you chose print at home or postal delivery, you will be sent a paper ticket with the correct details on. Please disregard any tickets already received as they are invalid.
