Hi Wilf. Jan 3rd was my last day on here before taking a 28 day break from social media. I decided to take a four week holiday to refresh my batteries and escape the toxicity that sometimes infests places like Twitter and Facebook. I then thought what the hell, if I want to do this properly I should throw FMTTM into the mix, so I did. I've got to say that it was much, much easier than I anticipated and although my period of abstention ended on Monday I didn't feel compelled to rush back, and this is the first time I have posted. I still haven't been on Twitter - that can wait till the weekend - and I have not missed that uncurated abyss of fake news and noxious views that Facebook can be.

So yes, I'm fine mate. How are you?
