Blackburn-Burnley

I've heard they are thinking of fielding 10 outfield super striker figures - just to stick it to the EFL. Their goalie will come out and press the mechanism each time . 🤷‍♂️

No way will they play a weakened side against their fiercest rivals. Their own supporters would charge them!

A chance of winning the league, in the backyard of your nearest rivals?

No chance Burnley rotate and rest players.

I fancy them to beat Blackburn with ease.

Said it all season I still stand by it, Blackburn aren't a good team.

At one point in the season, they were in the top 3 and had lost more games than the team at the bottom.

I read somewhere (A Burnley fan on twitter I think) that the reason a few of the squad players are getting games is to ensure that every member of the squad receives a winners medal.

Different situation - Burnley don't have the playoffs to worry so no need to rotate players etc and might as well give their rivals a tonking.

I'd be amazed if Blackburn manage to win - they've been bottling it for weeks. Be good if they can win though, I'd much rather play them than Cov or Sunderland!

I'd be amazed if they don't go full strength and try to clinch the title. I don't see Kompany thinking it's a 'free hit'.

I presume they have a sold out allocation of away fans. Also if they mate 3 or 4 changes they will still be strong. I don't think they will though.

It's an interesting time. I imagine clubs around the bottom are definitely looking at fixtures that are dead rubbers for relegation rivals opponents. Also worrying what sides mid table clubs may field with an eye on next season.

Then again PNE absolutely battered us with nothing to play for last season. So even that's not an exact science 😂

I mean what if Coventry can clinch a playoff place with a win or draw against us? We will 100% field a weekend side with the playoffs a week away.

Absolutely ridiculous that the away is half empty. Was it BRFC or the local police who made the decision to limit ticket sales for Burnley fans?

2000 in an end that holds 7k.
I understand it was the club not the police.
(I see the upper tier in the home end is empty due to lack of demand).
