12 point gap.. 20 games to go

Birmingham need +0.6ppg over Sunderland

Birmingham were 1.63pp under Eustace
Sunderland are 1ppg under Beale

Could easily be done

Mowbray had Sunderland at 1.72ppg

I can see it happening tbh.. just like with Blackburn lol

Respect the man ffs

Sunderland have completely embarrassed themselves over the past week around their cup final. I could understand their fans being deflated and unsure about the rest of their season. Let's see who comes in and who goes during January.

under Beale we have 7 points from 4 games, but don’t let the facts get in the way of your hatred

ah yes.. though Hull had beaten yous

I have no hated for Sunderland
thought you were daft for firing Mowbray
and the whole Newcastle love in was super cringe..

Sunderland just seemed to get worked up over a lot of things. I just feel bad for your lot tbh.. craving the attention of Newcastle.. trying to change your badge to look like them.. just super cringe.

dont be silly dont you know luke onein makes big tackles

I noticed he laid into that 17 year old kid Newcastle have on Saturday, followed by fist pumps. The only tackle he made. Never got a peep out of him when Guimaraes was still on the pitch. Typical mackem shytehouse.

I worry this wont work out for Mowbray.

He has the luxury of following a complete failure: as a ship-steadying operation he should be fine.

Brum have a better squad than their position suggests, but maybe not as good as their position suggested when Rooney took over.

Birmingham are just one of those clubs I just hate. Always have. Hate their fans too. I am massively conflicted as don’t want Mowbray to fail there but if he does won’t bother me.

Sunderland are so easy to dislike, thinking they're a BIG club and have underachieved for decades, except for one fluke win over Leeds in the FA Cup. They haven't won the top flight league since 1936, and they're a BIG club?????

I almost feel sorry for them again, like I did when they were getting humped 0-6 to division 3 teams, suffering double relegations, and setting low points tallies stinking the EPL out.

Anyway, I think I've used up my quota of taking the p!ss out of Sunderland this season. Time for me to leave them alone until next season, when the whole circus starts again.
