Hearns got his lawyers fighting with the BBBoC right now. I can’t see how the fight can be on - but this is boxing!!!Just said on Talksport that it was ON.
Both fighters have spoke to each other and agreed to continue with the fight.
Bit confused, is it on or off?
That’s an option I think it was Luxembourg - wouldn’t be such a good look if something were to happen!! However since when has boxing been concerned by it’s image!!Can see them finding any way of getting this fight on, despite the BBBOC's statement, surely too much money/hassle in it to cancel? Seem to remember Haye/Chisora being licensed under a foreign boxing board a few years back, so could happen again?
I think that’s true and so Hearns question is if he’s not suspended why can’t the fight go ahead - and if he’s not suspended what are the time frames for banning a non suspended fighter from fighting (if that makes sense)Apparently BBBoC don't acknowledge VADA only UKAD, Hearn is arguing that if they don't acknowledge VADA, they cant suspend him.
Maybe that is why the wording is such as it is?I think that’s true and so Hearns question is if he’s not suspended why can’t the fight go ahead - and if he’s not suspended what are the time frames for banning a non suspended fighter from fighting (if that makes sense)
I’ve got a ticket - I’m a bit indifferent! No worries either way!Maybe that is why the wording is such as it is?
‘not in the best interests of boxing’ but not necessarily breaking any UKAD rule. I’m clutching at straws like cos if he is clean accordingly to UKAD then they don’t seem to have much right to call it off.
Its DAZN PPV, Sky, Virgin or BT wont be pushing it anyway! Is it PPV. Can't see sky virgin or BT pushing a fight on ppv when one fighter fails a drug test.
