Bacon - Link to Dementia

I reckon that would be nice, make the basis of the nut roast and wrap in bacon before cooking!

When I first went veggie nearly 30 years ago, the one thing they couldn't replicate was bacon. They're getting there now, but in the meantime I've kind of gone off it.

My Dad's favourite meal was a bacon sandwich, never had any problems with his memory, but he did die from Prostate Cancer aged 71 and its linked to that cancer.
