Let’s hope we don’t play anyone in red.24th August. Three weeks into the season!
How will we ever get over this 1st world problem? The club won’t care in the slightest that the fans are inconvenienced by this given the demand will vastly exceed supply regardless of when it goes on sale. The fans at a very minimum should be able to purchase both shirts prior to the start of the season.
Hopefully a bit like Archer24th August. Three weeks into the season!
Crikey. It's not that long ago that clubs were criticised for producing a new kit every season because fans couldn't afford it. Now, if they don't provide at least two new ones every season fans are in tears. The fans at a very minimum should be able to purchase both shirts prior to the start of the season.
That's true but let's be honest, our retail department have never been very good.If only someone had mentioned, multiple times, the global supply chain issues that have prevented a lot of kits being available over the last couple of seasons at many clubs, not just ours.
They're with nike aren't they?Sunderland are having similar issues they've even cancelled their contract with their supplier this close to the season
Dear me - grown men "inconvenienced" because they can't buy two crappy polyester shirts that will make them look ridiculous anyway !The club won’t care in the slightest that the fans are inconvenienced by this given the demand will vastly exceed supply regardless of when it goes on sale. The fans at a very minimum should be able to purchase both shirts prior to the start of the season.

Not sure that link will get past my antivirusSomething to do with retail operations, not the actual shirts but theyve made a u-turn on what ever it was
Yeah.. I mean.. the announcement was really late on.. and this with the away kit delay..Someone buggered up somewhere haven't they, the fact it only got released yesterday and now now available until then.
I wonder if the first, second or even third mock-up of the kit got rejected and we finally settled on the fourth.
