Hi Kiwi Boro fans, Sorry I can't remember which one of you it is and can't be bothered to go back through the posts, but one of you was, like myself, looking forward to going to see David Gray later in the year. Sadly it's been postponed again:

DAVID GRAY
RESCHEDULES AU-NZ DATES FOR
WHITE LADDER: THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR TO NOVEMBER 2022
Chugg Entertainment and Frontier Touring wish to advise that David Gray’s White Ladder: The 20th Anniversary Australian and New Zealand Tour has been rescheduled. The tour, originally scheduled for November-December 2020, then rescheduled to November 2021, will now take place in November 2022.

David Gray had this message for his fans

Dear White Ladder ticket holders,

Thank you all for bearing with all this so patiently over the last 12 months.
After lengthy discussions, it has been decided with regret that the only sensible option is to reschedule the entire White Ladder Anniversary Tour and move all the dates to 2022.
It is hugely disappointing to have to do so, but the key word to keep in mind here is interconnectedness. It’s not enough that some of the dates might be able to happen this year, all of the dates need to happen in order that the tour as a whole makes sense. This is the third time I’ve had to make one of these announcements, but if I’m being honest, it’s the first time that I feel, with a strong degree of certainty, that these rescheduled shows will actually take place.

All previously issued tickets remain valid for the new dates.

Don’t stop believing! Dave x

Beginning in Fremantle, the White Ladder Anniversary Tour will head through Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Christchurch and Wellington, concluding at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Saturday 26th November 2022.

Multi-platinum, multi-Brit and Grammy-nominated David Gray takes his White Ladder tour around the world in 2022, to celebrate the trailblazing album’s 20-year anniversary. At the shows, the 7 million record-selling White Ladder will be performed in its entirety by Gray, together with all the original band members and with all the original equipment – as well as a set of the greatest hits.

Ticketholders are encouraged to hold onto their tickets; all tickets will be valid for the corresponding rescheduled dates – you do not need to do anything; your existing tickets will be valid for entry on the new dates.

Patrons who are unable to attend the rescheduled shows should contact their authorised point of purchase to request a refund.

Chugg Entertainment and Frontier Touring apologise to any ticketholders who are inconvenienced by these rescheduled dates and thank fans for their support and understanding during these unprecedented circumstances.

Hi Bungy, Yes that was me. Shame but totally understand. I also had tickets for China Crisis in July in Wellington, San Fran bar on Cuba Street (SLF have played there in the past and a few others) but sadly that too has been postponed until Feb 22. However, did get to see Crowded House and Bill Bailey earlier this month so can't complain when you look at how tough the others are doing it.

Yeah mate, feeling pretty lucky to be honest to be able to go to concerts and sports event at the moment when do many other countries can't. My next one is Nadia Reid when she plays in Whangarei in May, apart from some local bands before that.
Makes me even more glad to be here with government that has the situation largely under control so we can enjoy those things that the whole world used to take for granted.
