Arsenal say several clubs after Balogun.

I think he will do better next season - he is still young and learning and developing.

Will he do well enough to justify his wages is the key. (say £15k/week)

Playing with Connolly did not suit him.

Is the star of the same U21 team that £12.5m rated Djed Spence has just broken into.
Needs a full pre-season and to start games regularly. More than good enough for the Championship. Does need to "want it" though. Always had the feeling his ambition was somewhere else

Always seemed to me like the step up to playing against adults was what he found difficult. He had a great record in youth football so if he can physically get himself up to scratch then he'll be a good player. There was definitely ability in there. I'd take him back. You'd like to think he's worked on bulking up over summer so with the experience he's already had he should be well placed to do a lot better this time around.

Not sure he'd fancy coming back though. Didn't seem like he particularly loved being here. If his attitude isn't 1st class then he might go somewhere else because it's easier. I'd imagine Wilder wouldn't take him if there were any question marks about his attitude.

I would be happy for him to come back, but as pointed out above I don't think his rumoured 45k per week wages make it good value for money.

He was 'alright'. I mean it's a pretty low bar in terms of our forwards.

You could see in flashes that he has quality. I just think he's not suited to the rough and tough champo. I think he will have learned a few things.

I imagine it was a massive step up from Premier league 2 (U23s). I can see him going on loan to someone like Palace or Fulham/Brentford.

Just looked a bit 'light weight' and not the type you'd want in the trenches.

I doubt we are in for him. God knows how much of his 40k a week we picked up (stunning wage for a guy who had one senior goal). Also Wilder publicy said 'the Jan loans didn't workout'. I presume he was included in that.
