Are you starting to feel invested in football again?

Would you have been there on Saturday Cardiff? I would definitely have done QPR and would probably be getting excited about going to Brentford's new ground for a top of the table clash in a couple of weeks:sneaky:
Without doubt. Chance to visit family for the weekend and go to the match ( Boro end Of course). Would have been at Bristol last Tuesday as well as always enjoy a trip to Bristol from London.

Can’t blame any football fan for being put off by the game now, I have been.

Stupid VAR and the big boys wanting to Americanise our beautiful game, shocking.

Closer to home our owner telling us they flew around Europe at 4am to decide the best manager available was Woodgate, a lad sat in Rockliffe canteen. Joke. Him inevitably nearly taking us down only to be saved by Warnock.

Then the transfer window. Clear now Gibbo doesn’t fancy mixing with the big boys anymore, no ambition as the bed wetters will bleat. Badly ran club, top to bottom is the reality. Poor decisions and terrible recruitment - all of which survives as we plough through players and managers.

It’s the hope that kills you.

A little. I enjoyed the Brizzle game and it definitely feels as if the club is heading in the right direction for the first time in years. We are far from perfect but we are competitive and there’s something quite satisfying about being a team that’s awkward, annoying and frustrating to play against. Thought to myself the other night for the first time that I can’t wait until my boy is old enough for me to take him to a game.
