Are we British enough yet?

The Brexit loons running/ruining the country are starting to windmill trying to destroy *anything* to do with the EU made rules. It's no longer a case of these people genuinely believing that Brexit will be of benefit to the UK it's now full on cult like mindset to do away with anything EU related and it's starting to seriously damage the UK for a generation or two.

Whisper it quietly but some of these rules are a good idea and benefit people in the UK.

Now elf 'n' safety and standards are on the bonfire of EU red tape.

Look at 'Operation Jack-knife' ... no reverse, to turning back as HGV test standards are lowered and drivers are allowed to drive longer hours ... yeah great idea... I dread to think how much insurance companies are going to hike up the rates for hauliers to insure these drivers.

Throw in the lowering standards of GM farming, vehicle standards, medical devices etc what a wonderful world we can look forward to.

As for us exporting anything to the EU, they are going to make extra sure that this sub-standard crap is not allowed in.

I just wonder, how long we can let these idiots in charge drag the country backwards

there will be a general election soon, we will be able to see then..
I'd like to think/hope so.

Immediate thoughts post referendum, disappointment then 'ok you won, so whats the plan, what are you going to do?'

Five years later no plan, no ideas just can kicking'

In year six post referendum the bunker mentality has set in and they are starting to windmill /lash out in desperation.

They need to go asap for the good of the nation.

In the next election the country can not afford this craziness to continue and therefore opposition parties must decide the best single candidate to stand in each seat to defeat the Tory candidate and not fight each other.

As I said, disappointed with referendum result but accepted it. Problem is it's clear to see there were no plans/ideas as to what to do next.

What's starting to happen now is getting crazy and it needs to be stopped.

I wish I had your faith in the British voting public, or rather the English. I think this sh*tshow is exactly what they wanted. Clueless.
