Anyone seen ‘Hamilton’?

I watched it a couple of months ago and was a bit underwhelmed to be honest. Don’t know if it had maybe been built up too much before I watched it, so was never going to live up to the hype, or if it just wasn’t my thing - maybe a bit too clever for me. I much prefer ugly-******-prancing-about-in-an-opera-house-stalking-his-lass kind of theatre.
 
I enjoyed it, thought it was great. The opening scene was fantastic, it didn't keep up the same pace throughout but there is some great songs.
 
It may be less interesting to some brits as the subject matter is less ingrained in us here, but I thought it was a very refreshing take on the musical and a good cast
