I've just got round to reading it & the second story, by Muriel Blythman had me choked. What an incredibly moving and thought provoking piece. Makes me realise how lucky I am to have a loving family around me.
I wrote the INTRO for the book and was a judge - I had the chance to meet Muriel - when the three prize winners were invited to the football club for a lunch and chat. Muriel insists that the incredibly moving story is fact based. She won't give names for obvious reasons.
Sixth Element and the football club launched another short story competition just yesterday - so there will be a follow up book coming out later in the year. WEAREBORO
