Anyone on here work for Royal Mail?

I’ve got an interview with them for their ‘Postperson With Driving’ position. However, the details on pay are vague. Listed as £12.51 hourly.

Basically, I’m on just under £30k in my current profession. But this job has always appealed to me.

What are they like to work for? Would I be able to do overtime etc?

Why would you give up 30k to start doing this in winter
