Anyone had an Orangery extension?

Currently in the process of deciding whether to move or extend for a bit more space downstairs. I don't want to start going down the quote route until we've decided so just looking for a ball park figure something like the picture below has cost around the Teesside area? Prob around 4m x 3m with atrium roof.

Anyone had one done and would share how much they paid from whom, just so I have a starting idea?

Yes, had one done about 8 years ago, it was maybe another 8 foot longer than the image you showed and cost about 14k IIRC

Steve Gibson did one a number of years ago in Hurworth. Very nice too in fairness - if a bit pricey.

Easy rule of thumb calculation of £1500/m2
So 3x4x1500=£18000

I think if it was me, I’d look Into doing as much of it myself .
groundwork isnt hard , then furlow brickie, Window fitter, roofer.
im purely guessing but I’d be hoping to get it done for under 10k.
id say getting the plans done is the first step
