Heard many good things. Gave them a try a couple of years back and it didn't grab me. I might give them another try.

I like the sound in small doses - but having tried the album I can't say there's much to hook me back.

I've never been blown away by them, but I really loved that El Vy album from a couple of years ago.

I absolutely love their last 2 albums. Trying to get into this one, and while it has some good tracks, I think that their last 2 albums were better. Maybe this new one will grow on me.

They are an album band - To get the proper vibe I personally feel that you need to listen to the whole album rather than picking the odd track.

Love the deep sax on some of their tracks. And the guitar tone is absolutely spot on.

As has been mentioned, they are really good live. I saw TWOD, Future Islands and The National a few years back at a concert in Victoria Park. Couldn't have picked three better bands to see, but TWOD were the best on the day.
