Any Emby experts ?

How do i unlock the Emby app ? downloaded it through the Amazon app store but getting a playback error on my firestick
Think its abt £ 3.79 to do it but cant see how to do it
any help appreciated
 
Either do it through a code or email that’s linked to the Amazon account. Just click on the pay option and just choice with option. It’s just a one off fee and then good to go. I have done mine yesterday and no problems.
 
You should be able to play regardless of if it's premium or not, premium just unlocks more features

Go to the premium section of server options to install the code if you've taken our premium or if it's iOS / android you can subscribe via their platforms

But if you're getting a connection error your server details are wrong

Make sure the ip address and port number are being entered correctly. Is this a local Emby server or one you've bought access to?
 
Tks both - one ive bought access to . on my firestick i can get onto Emby ok but when i try to play anything it gives me a playback error saying i need to unlock
Been onto my Amazon account and downloaded Emby but cant find any pay option to unlock it :-(

Do you have an emby premier section in the app?

tks guys for the help , got there in the end, kept deleting my exsisting Emby app and reinstalled from the App store this then gave me the unlock option for just under £4
all sorted - cheers
