Oh ffs.goal record, better than Gork, at Coventry; and will be a lot cheaper.

Viduka was 29 when he signed for us and was a top class PL striker when he did.Exactly I don’t get this age obsession esp for strikers.
How old were viduka and jimmy ???
He may be if he achieves the goals to achieve a short term ambition - at the right price. If there over 30 there not an asset if we’re buying one .
no, not for me. It was an anomaly of a season for him. He's a moderately ok player, but he'll now be over priced off the back of that and at 31 he isnt going to improve or gain any value.Worth a shot. 22 goals last season, for Bristol City.
20m!!! Wow, that's insane. Great prospect but 20m?! Apparently he's out of contract in 12 months, I can only assume they have a 1 year extension clause, otherwise they'd be asking for half thatBristol City reject Semenyo offer amid Celtic and West Ham interest
Bristol City reject Antoine Semenyo offer amid Celtic and West Ham interest - with the Robins holding out for £20million.www.hitc.com
Different lad
Weiman relies on his explosive pace though, those two didn't in fact Jimmy could barely run when he arrivedViduka was 29 when he signed for us and was a top class PL striker when he did.
JFH was 32, but similarly top class.
Whereas most of the people we buy under 30 aren't an asset because they're ***** and no ****** will buy them off us.If there over 30 there not an asset if we’re buying one .
I’m pretty sure we are aligned here. Weiman is unlikely to repeat his season, has no upside and is not comparable in any way to Viduka or JFH.Weiman relies on his explosive pace though, those two didn't in fact Jimmy could barely run when he arrived
Yep like De Roon, Bamford, Traore, Forshaw?Whereas most of the people we buy under 30 aren't an asset because they're ***** and no ****** will buy them off us.
Thanks for the insult. Lovely chap that you are.Yep like De Roon, Bamford, Traore, Forshaw?
Just because we have bought some crap doesn’t mean we always have to.
It’s called judgement.
You really are a miserable ******.
I think either this is the £20 million player Wilder was talking about or Bristol C read his comments and thought our player must be worth that too.20m!!! Wow, that's insane. Great prospect but 20m?! Be mindful of past mistakes but don’t stop making educated decisions because of them. Thanks for the insult. Lovely chap that you are.
We just wrote off 22 million. Britt and Fletcher. If aren't mindful of your past mistakes you are liable to make them again and again. Most of the people we buy with an eye on resale value haven't panned out. Therefore there's little point worrying about signing on a 30 year old for a few million as the ones we sign hoping to be able to sell them rarely make a profit.
yes, wondered that tooI think either this is the £20 million player Wilder was talking about or Bristol C read his comments and thought our player must be worth that too.
Ben Brereton Diaz could be the one quoted for £20m , would I pay it , no , I would rather get Armstrong / Undav / Archer , on loan , if it's do able. 2 of them and Gyokores / Riis would give us a chance. CW will have his targets , Gayle and McGoldrick as back ups would make a top class front 5/6.yes, wondered that too
Did we buy Britt and Fletcher with an eye on resale? I thought they were bought with an eye on smashing the league. Thanks for the insult. Lovely chap that you are.

agreed to an extent, we over payed for them at the time, Britt was supposed to be the finished article. Fletcher was supposed to be a little more project, but able to immediately impact as he had champ experience with barnsley. I'm sure we expected some money back somewhere, but with Britt in particular it was probably expected that we would lose money. Fletcher, I think we hoped to get him up to Britts price and either renew contract or sell.Did we buy Britt and Fletcher with an eye on resale? Resale value is only a recent strategy when it comes to the Boro. Pretty much only since Woodgate was appointed.
56 goals in 203 games isn't an established goal scorer. He's had one good scoring season in 7 seaons:Unbelievable the amount of threads we have we have numerous people dismissing established championship goal scorers
