Seemed to have developed an allergy to cat fur and dog fur, had about 8 colds since December, which is the same time as we got a cat and started looking after peoles dogs, constant runny nose, streaming eyes, tickly cough sometimes so bad it goes on all night and I have to get up, I never really got colds, maybe once a year, any ideas how to get rid of it apart from allergy tablets?

Try beconase spray...its the only one you can get over the counter which has steroids in it.
I've also found nasal flushes work...you can buy the kit quite cheap on amazon.

Thought it was 6 colds yesterday? It's going up every day, you will hit double figures tomorrow 👍

Thanks will give it a go
Pirinase is another steroid spray you can get over the counter. They take time to work, if you're going to use it I'd advise also taking an antihistamine like cetirizine initially as well. Spraying stuff up a streaming nose isn't very effective.

I know the feeling, I developed chronic urticaria from the Moderna vaccine, 5 antihistamines a day! Thankfully it’s starting to wane.
