I won't argue over the semantics Rob. I can see in the Strategic Needs Assessment released by the PCC that Cleveland was second, but they are using data from 2017-2022.

I hope things have improved. But whichever way you cut the cake, the people of Middlesbrough and Teesside deserve better.
Work by foundations like you mention do incredible work and make a tangible difference to communities. I have worked closely with the Ben Kinsella Trust for a time. A very worthy cause.
This is a public health issue and requires the same kind of approach with all agencies and communities working together.
