Ajay Matthews s a no9/no10. Usually a no9 for the u21s.

Ajay seems more likely to break into the first team..Bridge was behind Law in the pecking order despite being a bit older so took a move in an attempt for first team opportunity.
 
You get to an age where you are sure something happened, only to have the rug whipped from beneath you, now I’m wondering why the hell I’ve invented something like this in my head. So strange

Seems my head got confused by the AJ/Ajay similarity! Just nice to know I’m not totally losing it
 
Great news 👌

Apparently a lot of interest in him. Also due to his contract situation we'd have got next to nothing for him.

I presumed the reason we've seen nothing of him this season was because he was off. I thought maybe frozen out.

Get him back 'in and around the group'

He had an illness that meant he was missing most of September. He's just returned to the u21s for the last 2 games.
I think with players like Law, Ajay and McCormick is that they will play with u21s rather than being on bench for the senior squad unless absolutely necessary. Better for their development.

Where’s Fin Cartwright? Or is he younger than those
 
Fin is a year down from Law and Ajay.
I think he's been struggling to get in u21 team when others are available. He's generally been sub this season.
But obviously he' that bit younger.
