I had a GAT and a Diana - bothwith press down barrels. Great fun back in the day but probably wouldn't be allowed these days.

Anyway...

I've just inhereted a vintage Webley "Senior" and wondering about renovation.
Not sure whether to get it professionally overhauled or give it a go myself. Anybody involved or done this sort of thing?

It's funny how my parents thought it was 'alright' to buy me one of these as a kid. You can't knock 70s-80s parenting

I fancy the black widow catapult also deserves a shoutout for inappropriate kids weapons lol.

ouch! This one hadn't been fired since the early 70s (until yesterday) and it still has osme kick!

Hahaha it was another world wasn't it - but TBH, we were all pretty responsible!

Had a webley tempest .22 when I was a kid. Used to shoot tiles int he garage until my mum came in one day and found ricochets wizzing past my head and banned me.

Had a few rifles over the years… just target shooting.


Got a co2 pistol in the cupboard but not used it in years since the kids arrived.

If anyone fancies taking it off my hands let me know… so I know it going to a good home

I had a 2.2 - think it was a Webley and some other little pistol thing - shooting tin cans off fences thinking i was Shane

No , always wanted one at early teens, but at 16 joined CCF cadets and once a term were able to fire 22 stuff down an indoor range, fantastic, with once a year week long camp in Warcop , doing exercises with 303's and blanks an then once going on the live fire outdoor range for 5 shots of the 303 rifle. Loved that.

I forgot you also had corks in the box. I mean who wants them when you have pellets and darts? Although I probably shot my sister with them
