Adomah and Rhodes

Surprising they'd let Adomah go whilst challenging for automatic promotion. Forest were poor against us with no width.

Well he wouldn't be the only player we've had to turn in a poor performance in a 'cup final', or turn up for pre-season carrying an extra half a clem. You'll have to remind me what he said at Bournemouth but I don't remember feeling offended by it.

Many had a bad game, Tomlin hid, constantly placed himself behind a yellow jersey and made himself unavailable. Other players carry a bit but quickly lose it,9 its taken Tomlin to this season to shift it.
Bournemouth quote - “When I came here last year (with Boro) everything about the club just blew me away. I was playing against them and thinking ‘imagine if I played here`.”

what's offensive about that? Players always say that stuff when they sign for new clubs. Doesn't exactly mean he hated Boro and all its people.

Wasn’t aware that’s what I had implied. Apologies.
I’d rather he was concentrating on the game and Boro than thinking that mid match.

Well you seemed a little perturbed by the comment at least. I imagine all sorts of thoughts go through a players head during/before/after a match though. I didn't take it to mean he wasn't concentrating on the match he was playing in. Players come up with any old rubbish to endear themselves to fans when they sign for a club.

We are never gonna agree on this but to say “I was playing against them and thinking ‘imagine if I played here`.” Is just wrong to me. Ill advised at best.

" jelly vossen, who lets face it was rubbish" - How do you reach that conclusion ? You obviously didn't go to Millwall then.

I did go to Millwall. In fact I saw just about all of his goals. Given that I don't get to many games therein lies the problem.

Poor lad was yet another who fell victim to the wrath of dyche. 4 appearances and his English career was over. How many more footballers careers will he ruin before his lust for vengeance is sated.

I thought Vossen was hopeless also, off the pace, bullied by defenders and spent most of time on the deck appealing for free kicks he was never going to get.
Non scoring forward.

Technically Vossen was good, the Championship was just too quick and physical for him.

Defenders would just go in with a strong challenge take the ball off him and leave him on the deck, his arms outstretched appealing for a free kick. That's my lasting memory of him...
