Adama in The Athletic

What makes Adams such a wonderful human? I've read / heard this about him a few times but still not sure the reason for it.
I was thinking the same, he’s probably a decent guy but it’s really only Pulis who talks like this about him, mainly because he was his only achievement at Boro and has nothing else Boro related that he can talk about comfortably.

He takes far too much credit for Traore. It was obvious to anyone that watched Traore that just letting him go out and play was enough, especially at championship level. Fair play that he gave him a run of games but all of the good stuff he did was because he is exceptionally talented. Why did we have to wait until Pulis left for the rest of the young players to get a chance and do well if he's so good at coaching young talent? Pulis is just milking it because the work has dried up for him.
