Great assist by Balogun, and I thought they both worked hard today. TBH still not particularly impressed by either though. Good management by Wilder - nice rest for Sporar and Watmore.

From a stadium perspective I though both Connolly and Balogun worked their knackers off and were rightly well applauded when substituted.

Wasn’t just that, was his work off the ball and he won it high up the pitch started attacks. Looked very sharp. I was very impressed second half.

It's not easy being a striker with the way we play. The amount of work they need to do is easy to underestimate, having 4 of them who all look up for doing the hard yards is essential.

That's fine, but they looked wobbly as heck. I think a really superb performance up front would have had a few more goals.

I disagree. I think he caused them problems with his running and some of his first touches were brilliant today. Still think Sporar and Watmore are our first choice currently but Connolly really impressed me today and think he’s got enough about him to be a good option for us.
