A14 Litter

I know it's unpopular to say this, but our town and district is one of the tidiest in the country. Go to Liverpool you will be shocked. Our graffiti levels are low compared to other towns, and I agree with Rob, and that's not often, our councils should take a lot of credit.
 
Why are people today so scruffy and have a couldn't give a F attitude.
We are to soft - bigger punishments should happen
 
I was once walking along the pavement and a car came out from an alleyway between two houses just in front of me stopping me in my tracks.
While waiting for a gap in the traffic the driver threw his cigarette butt out the window. I picked it up and chucked it back into his car through his open window saying "I think you dropped this" He was very surprised and was torn between looking for the smouldering butt somewhere in his car upholstery or challenging me. By the time he had decided, I was gone!
