Really enjoyed it. The Tongan fans were having a party in the North Stand! And yes you could drink in the stands.
My brother said there were quite a few in the pubs in town last night.

It looked pretty savage the bit I sawLet’s hope they haven’t cut the pitch up too badly

Did you realise that most of the £25/£15 concessions remained unsold. Most people bought tickets priced £40 + for some reason. So, there were thousands of £25 tickets still available. All the North and Stand upper were not sold.Really enjoyed it this afternoon, they really should have had the tickets priced lower though.
Great when The Cook Islands scored, biggest cheer of the day
I did have £25 pound tickets, I just think for a World Cup competition to be so poorly supported was a shame.Did you realise that most of the £25/£15 concessions remained unsold. We asked a Hull fan how much it costs to watch their team at home. From £29 was the reply.
My tickets were all £15 each but bought way back when they originally went on sale for 2021 dates. The 8,000 plus crowd at Riverside was very positive. Average attendance figure is currently around 6,000. Outside of England games it was up there in the top 6 attendances.I did have £25 pound tickets, I just think for a World Cup competition to be so poorly supported was a shame.
Had there been £10 tickets say, I reckon there’d have been a much better crowd yesterday
