A very sad state of affairs

After years of Tory enforced austerity, which has impacted mostly on the poor, now, even the places that reach out to help are struggling.

Things are likely to get worse too as prices continue to rise. Too many, me and my family are alright, so there is no problem.

I hope those who voted for them, have continued to support and defend them and will probably want to keep them in power, are feeling even more proud.

There will be some who regret their decision at the voting booth.
However, they will be in the tiny minority. The majority will take no responsibility and will probably hide behind their own prejudices and misunderstandings - saying those who use food banks ‘should have worked harder at school, they shouldn’t waste all their money on booze and fags, bet they’ve got nice phones and big tvs etc.’
It is so hard explain to people why that way of thinking is so wrong, when they simply don’t want to see it, because that would mean they have to face up to what they have enabled. Or admit they’ve been played by the likes of the Mail and other right wing media.
It’s easier for them to just carry on in ignorant bliss, ‘Not my problem and not my fault guv.’
Tossers.

There is way more than enough evidence available to those who voted Tory to see the destruction they're causing.

If you're in the 1 percent that Tories really do work for youair enough. If you're in the 40 percent that voted for them when the Tories wouldn't p*ss on you if you were on fire and still support them then you're lower than a snakes belly.

Not a lot of choice around in the UK or the US recently was there. Boris or Corbin , or the 2 septuagenarians Trump or Uncle Joe Biden ?

There was an absolute world of difference between them-people voted for the oven ready deal-you'll have to remind me how that went
