Answer to all questions is "no" with a couple of qualifications.
3. All lives do matter, but the slogan "all lives matter" is used heavily to deny the existence of discrimination against the BAME community, and I can't support it.
7. I don't feel guilt; it ended years before I was born. However, we continue to benefit from it: much of our civic architecture, for example, was financed by the empire. Others continue to suffer as a result of it: the legacy of slavery does live on. So I feel no personal guilt, but I do feel we have a responsibility to right wrongs done under it.
