A point gained last night.

I think if we had kept a clean sheet till half time, I think we would have gone on to control more of the game and just squeezed the life out of Stoke.

As it was, we were 2nd best all over the pitch in the second half, and were the happier out of the two teams for a point I would say.

More likely that Luton or Millwall will put a run together than Sheffield Utd. It does look like a four horse race for second, and it's all about bottle from here on in. If we go second then the pressure will truly be on. Great that we are right in the mix though.

It's a point gained for me, 7 home wins on the spin before last night so taking us to 22 out of 24 points is excellent.

Stoke played well and nullified us we never imposed ourselves on the game but we've got another home game on Saturday to re-start another run, as we've seen with previous blips we've bounced back only difference we got a point out of this blip.

It’ll be a point gained if Sheffield United and Luton lose tonight.

They both win and it’s a damaging midweek for us, with the other results last night also, and 2 points dropped.

Hopefully we don’t turn out like that again, win our games and don’t have to rely on others to do us favours like we are Sunderland and Bristol tonight. There’s very little room for error now.

Further draws, points gained as you’ve called them, will see us slipping away. You can see that Akpom and Steffen didn’t think it was a point gained in their interview, certainly no celebrating drawing at home to 14th in the league in the dressing room. They want to win.

It is going to be a real battle to get in the play offs this year. A lot of teams will think that they have a chance, meaning some very competitive games. A point last night was definitely better than nothing.
The good thing is that we do not need to rely on others doing us a favour (but one would be nice tonight, Mackems!)
