A mate of mine was his PA in the early 90's. My mate had a stutter when he was nervous and someone took the you know what out of him in a meeting with Tony Wilson. Wilson gave him both barrels. My mate loved working for him. Wilson paid for him to have meetings to see a speech therapist out of his own pocket. Back after the game.

Hi, yes Jez, a great lad I knew in Manchester back at uni, small world. I enjoyed his company. He used to work the uni bar and he'd spot you when it was 3 deep and get you a pint. He loved his music and did me a dance tape, remember them! Introduced me to Underworld and Rez. Hope he is doing well. Great memories.
