I'm an eternal optimist but I think there's every chance we could bag 9 points this week.

Blackburn have been hit and miss and with us being at home for what could potentially Leo's last game as gaffer I think we could nick it.

Wigan have had a decent start but 11vs11 I think if we actually turn up we could turn them over. Hopefully a new manager in by then and a new manager bounce?

Huddersfield, they are dire this season and at home we should be putting them to bed. Surely to god we'll definitely have a new manager in by then to.

I just a feeling come 5 o'clock next Saturday everything will look a little less gloomy on Teesside.
My one message to whoever is the new manager is drop the 5 at the back.

The main issue when you write down our best eleven now is it still looks rubbish.
There's barely a player at the club I'd miss if I'm being honest and therein lies the problem for me.
This is not a quick fix for the new man.
 
Three points would be massive! A draw would be some achievement and even a loss would leave us no worse off than under Chris Wilder.

I admire your optimism, but seriously, did you see how poor we were against Birmingham and Millwall? We could still be playing at the den now and wouldn’t have scored

Even Ali wouldnt be able to see any positives at the moment

We had a better team in 89/90 and just stayed up by the skin of our teeth
