Simultaneously ignoring lockdown rules in Italy to open up all day and night. Something similar happening in Poland too
The Polish police are great, very helpful generally. Never been on the end of one whilst breaking the law mind, but I have been given a lift home once when I got lost in Krakow. That will be interesting, neither countries police forces are known for their restraint.
There was a video over the weekend of a restaurant in Italy that had opened with about 30 people inside. Police entered and were met with chants from patrons and left. The video ended so no idea what happened after that. That will be interesting, neither countries police forces are known for their restraint.
True, but what would happen if 50k did it at the same time? There was a video over the weekend of a restaurant in Italy that had opened with about 30 people inside. Police entered and were met with chants from patrons and left. The video ended so no idea what happened after that.
Obviously the Italians must have different insurances and licensing laws to this country.
If pubs and restaurants tried to do that in this country it would void insurances and licenses would be revoked.
Our version was instigated by the government. Eat Out toWhat would our version be? All the Wetherspoons open at once?
It couldn't ever happen. Too many components would need to all work together at the same time. Plus businesses that have followed the rules up to this point and have spent hundreds and some even thousands on making things 'covid secure' would lose everything.True, but what would happen if 50k did it at the same time?
It gets worse just saw the latest news on who has been fined at the weekend, one party claiming they don’t watch the news so weren’t aware of the pandemic and another gender reveal party ffs!I despair at humanity at times, whilst also being in wonder at the way that it can gather such support to simultaneously shoot itself and its fellow brethren in the foot in its hour of need.
I get people are fed up, but you don’t make life better by accidentally killing a few folk while you down a pizza and a glass or two of Montepulciano
Everything that could possibly be wrong there, is.It gets worse just saw the latest news on who has been fined at the weekend, one party claiming they don’t watch the news so weren’t aware of the pandemic and another gender reveal party ffs!
And those from hospitality, which across some of the worst hit areas was open until Christmas, being in Tier2, continue to deny that the virus spreads indoors. It couldn't ever happen. Speaking to a few connections around the country we are all in agreement that we predict we will be back open in March/April under Tier 2 type restrictions and back open normally end of May.
Edit - I see hospitality is still been blamed by some on here even though we've been heavily restricted or even shut since September.

Absolutely. Knock me sick. I blame InstagramGender reveal parties should be enough to get you 5 - 10 years in maximum security.
