5-a-side

Anyone interested in playing a fortnightly game of 5-a-side. I still play quite regularly and whenever I chat to people about it they say they’d like to, but don’t have anyone who really plays.

Surely there are 10 people on here who’d fancy it?

As above, the location and timing of any game would play a part. I used to play regularly until about 4 years ago when it tailed off, then COVID put the final nail in the coffin. Still miss the enjoyment of playing (and the fitness benefits too!).

As much as I'd enjoy playing a game. Those artificial pitches absolutely ruin my shins/calves.
Even jogging around on them coaching the kids teams seems to give me shin splints. I've never been able to play on them.
