There's been very little to shout about for many years... The club has been an absolute shambles on and off the pitch for years and it's Saint Steve who's responsible.

The very fact that we are still in existence and you continue to have something/anything to shout about is down to Steve Gibson.

The position football is in at the moment will hopefully help people realise, just how important it is to have an owner like Steve Gibson.

I’m going to renew but just waiting to see what the plans are for next season. No spectators until October and not all allowed back in then and we could be looking at another refund due if we renew now

People can recognise there are good things that are done and yet still be annoyed/frustrated when the club does things badly - it's not all or nothing.

correct, and it was the club offering the refund, I have not received mine yet either, and had already renewed for next year. Waiting 30 days is a joke really, how many had renewed so and are claiming the money back? one person doing this almost exclusively would have got through the backlog by now surely.

Once again Rob, the whole point of an online system is so that they don't have to do this!

Wasn't it only last season the club were hell bent on pushing the online ticketing platform, running classes for particular groups etc?

Whilst the club employing staff is a good thing - more jobs for people in the area, the downside is this pushes costs up and therefore ticket prices which is the whole reason the club was so keen to push things online.
