3rd Test v South Africa

Off for bad light, and that is stumps. England not happy but that's all because they took a light meter reading last night which sky said seemed a bad decision.

So they have to come back and finish the job job tomorrow.

I do have a £10 ticket for today but not going to bother travelling there for just 30 mins cricket.

The wisest comment I heard on the commentary was about the start time. If you're going to have tests in mid September that may need extra time to finish why not start at 10.30, maybe even 10, rather than look to play on when the light is definitely going to fail and the game becomes more dangerous, as much for the fielders as the batsmen?

All county games start at 1030 in Sept so not sure why they don't use common sense for tests. OK answered my own question there.
