Am I right I thinking we are coming to the end of our sponsorship deal with 32Red?

Any word on who the new sponsor will be?

Could be a work around the financial fair play rules?
City have fallen foul of FFP re the sponsorship of their stadium. I doubt Gibson, who is keen to be whiter than white, would want to go down that route even if he wanted to inject more of his own money.

Is a second tier football shirt a good place for them to advertise? I honestly don't know, just assuming that it's probably not otherwise Gibson would have done it.
Presumably if Bulkhaul sponsors the shirt then it's even more money Gibson is putting in or they get it for free in which case the club is getting less than they would if there was a different sponsor. Anyroad, I hope it's not another gambling firm.

Amazon.... lots of presence in the area now, packing boxes & delivering smiles :-D

..how about: Digital City, Tetley Tea, Greggs... Cleveland Bridge... Glaxo Smith Kline... Ineos..

Well that's what I meant. You can stick Bulkhaul on the shirt to help your other business, I imagine this could be attractive in principle to Gibson if football fans seeing it would improve his Bulkhaul revenue, but only if the missed revenue for the football club (from another suitor) is worth it. I'd imagine it probably isn't or he'd have done it, or maybe he just doesn't want to 'use' the football club like that.

I wonder what some sponsors expect to pay certain clubs , obviously premier clubs will get more cash but I wonder if we can manage to get more money than Barnsley and less than a club in a bigger city

I was told we received more than Leeds when the 32 Red sponsorship began - it was a case of right time right place in making the approach. I wonder if football and society opening up again will help sponsor search or whether COVID means less sponsorship is available.
