I know you prefer Lumley, but can't see how you can think Daniels didn't play ok. He was solid, and made a couple of decent saves
He let in two goals.. how do the goals that Daniels lets in compare to the ones Lumley lets in? Does it look better if he doesn’t come out of his box as much or he doesn’t touch the ball as much.. if he doesn’t talk to his defenders as much.

Mainly because he wasn’t responsible for the goals, unlike Lumley that has been, for too many times sadly.

Not THAT many goals.

So many variables that lead up to goals tho..
He has cost us enough that would have seen us in the playoffs at present imho. We need to move on with a consistent keeper not one the players have already had words with

I don’t think there’s much in it tbh
Seeing out the season.. tough call.

If there’s anything left on it, I’d probably go for Lumley. Otherwise Sol Brynn

You’d rather support the opposition fans taunting your team than your own player? do you sit in Block 17 circa row 32, as there is a bloke there who seems to spend his entire time shouting abuse at Tavernier?

Seriously, what is wrong with you?
Just don’t believe in blowing smoke up the ar$es of petulant players and Tav was certainly petulant. I’m quite sure many fans appreciate that at times the away fans come up with quite witty banter.

My 15 yr old grandaughter has only been coming to the match since September. Even she pointed out that the ball goes into midfield, out to the right wing, run down the touchline with it, stop, pass back to player on corner of box, he passes to player outside the "D", he passes to player on left wing, then the move reverses itself, more often than not the ball never reaches the inside of the box. And if she can see that so can every team we play against-
There just is no variation at all.

On the subject of McGree. I'd like to see him play further forward. I understand dropping deep to pick up the ball in space but we desperately need someone to link midfield up with the forwards through the middle or someone who can run beyond the forwards.

Everyone in the stadium can see it along with folks watching at home and in pubs across the country.

Wilder can’t see it.

Get him off to Burnley!

I thought McGree looked decent today. Their defensive block was incredibly well drilled, was always going be difficult to unpick.

It's true that we don't really have a central player who can do that job (hence relying on the wings a lot). Sporar could arguably do it but he's obviously been told he's off in the summer and is just dialing it in.

You know when something`s cracking off at work or within the family - it unsettles everyone, until someone, somehow, somewhere, takes it by the balls and sorts it out once and for all.
Well - ?
Am I reading too much into recent events - because its been rumoured before Dysche left Burnley.

Look at responses to your nonsense. None supporting you.

Honestly, some people. Makes you wonder how miserable a life they must lead to gain pleasure from such things.
Don’t see anyone supporting you , chill out ,you’re going to bust a blood vessel or two.

Daniels 7 - played well, no chance with either goal
Dijksteel 7 - our best outfield player
Bamba 5 - struggled today
McNair 5 - bullied by Rhodes
Jones 6 - poor going forward, too timid
Bola 4 - very poor delivery again
Howson 6 - the best of our midfielders
Tav 5 - too slow to move the ball today
McGree 5 - too lightweight
Watmore 5 - best of our forwards today
Sporar 3 - Mr. Invisible, nothing on the ball, nothing off the ball

Coburn 5 - couldn't get in the game
Balogun 4 - did nothing
Connolly 5 - the game was gone

It was a very poor performance, we looked weak at set pieces without Fry and Crooks, vulnerable on the break, to any form of pace, lacked any creativity in midfield and were toothless up top.......however......I said that I expected us to be a couple of points outside the play offs with 4 to play, and if we were, we had a very good chance of making 4th. I'm sticking by that, we've had 4 really poor perfomances as an attacking force and today we crumbled in defence. But I'm not going to go over the top and say we are done, win 3 of the last 4 and we are in the play offs.

I still think we have a 50% chance of winning the semi as we have a good record against good sides. But that the final would be a game too far for the team as it stands. Never say never though.

Hall must have done something to seriously **** Wilder off not to get in the squad today. Bamber was brilliant the other day but 2 games in 3 days was always going to be tough for him.

Connolly 5? Seriously? Did he touch the ball more than a couple of times, and you give him the same score as Coburn, who looked sharp and up for it? Deary me.
neither player did anything attacking, but they both put effort in, this defeat isn't on Connolly man. In fact yet again, we leave ourselves open to the counter when he isn't on the pitch, because he is the one forward who presses on the turn over. He was only on about 9 mins so its daft to claim he was rubbish, I never give anyone a rating under 5 if they're on under 10 mins, unless they miss 2 sitters (or over 7 unless they score twice).
